I accidentally bought silicon cleaning gloves from a Facebook ad and then regretted it. BIG MISTAKE. It COST ME $10 because I found them so much cheaper somewhere else (see the link below).
My stomach dropped because when I checked Amazon, they also had the gloves at a lower price. Thankfully, they had terrific reviews. However, the cleaning gloves on Amazon are half the price of the one I bought. And they had free shipping that made it look like I got 70% off. But literally, everyone gets 70% off and yet still pays more than they need to.
Many marketing companies find an interesting product and make a really good video about it, better than the other ads out there. And then charge double the price for the thing you can get elsewhere for a lot less. So I bought the ones on Amazon, too – I admit I was a little curious anyway.
So I absorb the $10 loss because I’m too lazy to send them back. But the ones I got on Amazon are better in a couple of ways, so now I have two pairs of scrubbies gloves!!
