Steps on how to clean a freezer without defrosting
Steam is a great way to clean a freezer or refrigerator. It’s easy to get off tough stuck on dry messes and food that spilled. There are so many grooves and places that are hard to clean, from the seal around the door to the freezer bins and shelves.
Here are 3 simple steps to complete the task:
Step 1: Vacuum any loose pieces of food or garbage with a handheld vacuum.

They also sell a folding model that takes up very little space. However, we prefer to have it ready to grab and go for vacuuming up small messes that happen during the day. But any handheld vacuum cleaner or full-size vacuum with an attachment will work.
Step 2: Use a steam cleaner with a brush attachment.
Start at the top and steam clean down (not shown in the video) so that you don’t have to redo parts that drip down onto areas you already cleaned.
Step 3: Wipe the area with a microfiber cloth.
Wipe the inside of your freezer dry with a clean microfiber cloth, ensuring you don’t leave any liquid or debris behind.
